The Election Commission (EC) is satisfied with the interest of observers and journalists in monitoring the election. Election Commission Secretary Jahangir Alam said this after a coordination meeting with various ministries, including home, foreign affairs and information, on Tuesday (November 28) morning.
He said, regarding the arrival of foreign observers and journalists, a meeting was held regarding their management. The EC Secretary also said that a preparatory meeting has been held to provide uninterrupted services to them.
He also said that there was a discussion on how to provide help desks at airports, hotels, security police, health care. The number of observers and journalists who came at their own expense after December 7 and those invited by the commission after December 15 will be finalized, said Jahangir Alam.
