Awami League is going to compromise 7 seats for the partners of the 14-party alliance in the 12th parliamentary election, said Amir Hossain Amu, coordinator and spokesperson of the alliance.
The constituencies are Kushtia-2, Laxmipur-4, Bogra-4, Rajshahi-2, Satkhira-1, Barisal-3 and Pirojpur-2.
As parties, Walkers Party gets 3, JSD 3 and JP (Manju) one seat.
In these seats, the candidates of the partner parties will contest with the ‘boat’ symbol of Awami League.
Awami League gave up 13 seats of 14 parties in the 11th parliamentary elections.
