Former State Minister and lawmaker of Brahmanbaria-2 (Sarail-Ashuganj) constituency Advocate Abdus Sattar passed away. He was 84.
He breathed his last on Saturday (Sept 30) at 3:00am while undergoing treatment at Evercare Hospital in the capital.
Confirming the death information, Mainul Hasan Tushar, the only son of Abdus Sattar Bhuiyan, said his father was suffering from kidney disease for a long time. He was admitted to Evercare Hospital a week ago when his condition worsened. The treatment was going on there. He breathed his last while undergoing treatment at the hospital at 3:02 am on Saturday.
