State Minister for Primary and Mass Education Rumana Ali said that in the third phase, the recruitment of 10,000 primary school teachers will be completed by June.
Gradually, teachers will be appointed based on a fair process, she added.
She made the comments while visiting Comilla Victoria Government College centre on Friday, during the third phase of the primary teacher recruitment examination of Dhaka and Chittagong divisions.
The state minister said: “The ministry is on high alert so that no applicant is defrauded. All the candidates are taking the exam in an orderly manner.”
The written examination for the recruitment of assistant teachers started at 10am on Friday and ended at 11am.
In this phase, 32,199 candidates took part from Comilla.
