Bangladesh to face South Africa at Wankhede Stadium

Temba Bavuma-led South Africa are all set to face Bangladesh in a prominent match in the ICC Men’s World Cup 2023 tournament at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai today. The match will start at 2:30pm (Bangladesh time).

Proteas team is flying high with confidence coming into this match as they defeated defending champion England in their previous fixture by 229 runs.

Till now, the Proteas have played four matches, in which they have won three and lost one, while Bangladesh have won their first match and lost the next three.

Bangladesh skipper Shakib Al Hasan may return to the match. But this time, Taskin Ahmed is doubtful. During the first match against Afghanistan, Taskin suffered a shoulder injury. He played against England and New Zealand. Against India, he took a rest and Hasan Mahmud played instead.
